The St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church Face Book has been a great tool to keep our community informed about daily events. It has also been invaluable during the COVID-19 Pandemic to provide the means for us to "attend" mass virtually. We will continue to use Face Book as an important way to communicate.

Our parishioners have expressed an interest in genealogical research. Our Cemetery Committee has compiled a database for tracking burial plots in the St Agnes Cemetery. In the process, we discovered a publically available web site that includes information about burials in our cemetery but also includes information beyond the scope of our project; such as nicknames, links to parents, siblings not interred in the St Anges Cemetery. Our databsae includes information about plots owned but not yet occupied and plots currently available. This informaiton is obviously beyond the scope of findagrave.com.
While Find a Grave is very intuitive and easy to use, we have produced a video that visually steps you through the step by step process of tracing ancestors using the links in the Memorial Page search results
The following link will take you directly to a video that explains how you can use FindaGrave.com web site to execute a genealogical search starting with graves in the St Agnes Cemetery.
After viewing the video you can subscribe to STAGNESYTN by clicking the subscribe button on the the video page.
